The firm Unicom - ESK became the successor of the company VSŽ Unicorn Tornala. The company has a thirty-year experience in the manufacture of forming machines and various machine parts through welding and machining. At present, the company has 160 employees. The back-bone field of production is the manufacture of forming machines and the cooperation production. The Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Netherlands and the Near East are crucial territories of the forming machine sales. We offer forming machines in the following assortment: electromechanic and hydraulic tube and profile bending machines, electromechanic and hydraulic profile bending rolls, electromechanic and hydraulic table shears, manual and electromechanic sheet bending rolls, manual and electromechanic sheet bending machines, combined bending machines and shears, manual rectangular shears, manual presses. The firm bring the multilevel hydraulic pipe bender with CNC control system series INTELLIBEND and completed workplace for thin sheet rolls processing - unwinding, winding-on, thwarting and longitudinal dividing and bending till 6 meters in the market. Main uses areas of our products: car industry (exhaust pipes, frames and other products production), furniture industry (metal furniture production), machinery industry (wheels, conditioners production), building industry, heating industry (distribution, kettles), chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. In the sphere of the cooperation production and in terms of disposable capacity assessing it provides production according to added drawing documentation for foreign and domestic customers. Job-order manufacture with delivery terms from two till eight weeks from reservation is firm characteristic. The company deals with finishing assembly of forming machines LVD S2 in the company area, finishing assembly of a different equipment for cement industry - Claudius Peters Technologies (Germany), loose material packaging lines - Premier Tech Chronos Richardson (Germany, England), also supplies directly in the place of great complete industrial plants realization in conjunction with firm Claudius Peters, production of great-tonnage press for wood-processing industry - Heinrich Wemhöner Germany and production of stators for great generators - Hitzinger Austria, machining of various large scale parts for the company VOJUS - Povazska Bystrica, Kopast Zvolen, PPS-TSN / Slavia Tools Detva, Svitstroj Svit, Inalfa Bratislava and other. In 1992, the company was awarded the Quality Assurance Certificate pursuant to ISO 9002 from the company Lloyd´s Register Quality Assurance and in 1995, the re-certification pursuant to ISO 9002:1994 took place and in 2003, we were awarded the certificate of the quality management system pursuant to ISO 9001 from year 2000. In 2003, the company was awarded the welding certificate pursuant to DIN EN 729-2 and in 2004, the "Grand Welding Certificate" pursuant to DIN 18 800, Part 7, from the company TÜV Rheinland. From the year 1994, it is entitled to mark its products with the symbol CE it was awarded by the accredited Netherlands firm KEMA. In 2001 the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry awarded the prize "Cristall Mercur of Novohrad and Gemer" and in 2003, it was the certificate of merit for implementation of ethic principles.
