TVAR výrobní družstvo Pardubice was founded in 1995 and has become one of the most important plastic processor in the Czech Republic. Presently produces wide assortment of quality products from thermo-plastics, reactoplastics and laminates, which is suitable supplemented by another technologies, for national and international trades. To business partners the company TVAR offers perfect custom service, construction, tools production, production of plastic and laminate goods, its print and package, and transport to consumers inland or abroad. The company pays attention to quality of the production, evidence is satisfaction of existing partners and also multiyear successful cooperation with reputable external companies. Cooperation TVAR has control system of quality ISO 9001:2001. Present manufacturing programme is created by injected plastic packagings, technical mouldings, consumer's goods, technical lamination, protective helms, tools production, seriography, tampoprint, print by hot foil. Main productive technology is plastic injection, laminate processing – hand and low- pressure lamination, then prints, electro-erosive machining, CNC milling. For production is essential own technical preparation, that immediately reacts to client’s needs. Matter of facts is full digital processing of 3D models including computer processing of all documentation and structure of this system for its own production of tools. TVAR productive cooperation Pardubice is presented as reliable partner for the sphere of exact injection tools, with emphasis on precise processing of design areas with sequence in wide park 31 injection machines with closing powers from 25 to 320 tons. Matter of course is also own transport. The company employs about 170 employees. Productive assortment contains over 300 kinds of products and 50% of products are exported abroad, especially to Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Slovakia, Netherlands, Lithuania and Russia.
