The company PV Straka specializes first of all in plastics processing. The main programme is plastic moulds or package fabrication according to customer´s requests, including service securing to satisfy costomers. MANUFACTURING PROGRAMME: 1.) MANUFACTURING OF FORMED PACKAGES – BLISTERS – We propose a design solution and design of packages from project to realization. Bilateral plastic package with locks and euro hanging, blister glued on plaster, including glueing, blister with bilateral bend for plaster inserting. Mould manufacturing own or supply - according to carrying out. 2.) VACUUM MOULDING OF PLASTIC FOILS AND BOARDS – we provide forming of plastic foils and boards up to strenght 5 mm. Processed materials – PS, FB, PET, PVC, ABS. (maximum dimension of mould is 650 x 900 mm, maximum depth of mould is 200 mm (900 x 1400 mm) (350 mm) ) Own manufacturing or supply – according to carrying out. 3.) Plastic moulds processing on injection press CS product weight up to 40g and closing force 30 tons, including moulds manufacturing. 4.) PLASTIC CUT – OFF AND PLASTIC WASTE CRUSHING DETERMINED FOR FURTHER PROCESSING.
