The main subject of NovoPLAST PP Company is moulding various types of products, parts and components from plastics. Production programme of its own moulding plant comprises mainly items of the following plastic products’ lines: electro-technical components, building elements, sporting goods, toys, consumer's goods and parts for automotive industry. Processed polymers: PP – polypropylene; PE - polyethylene; PA – polyamide; PS – polystyrene; ABS – acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene; PC – polycarbonate; POM – Polyoxymethylene; PMMA – polymethylmethacrylate; PVC – polyvinylchloride (soft and hard); PPE – polyphenylene ether; PBT – polybutylene terephtalate and other routinely available materials, including fillers. Colour shades of the processed materials are clear, natural and black. Moreover, it is possible to dye the material to obtain the required colour shade, according to RAL book of patterns. Another area of activity is DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF MOULD, AS TURNKEY DELIVERIES: it includes designing, elaborating drawings and production. Our capability covers also pressing, moth-balling and storing. We provide moulds routine maintenance at our own expenses. Main features of the company’s strategy are production of a broader portfolio of products, high quality of production and flexibility, with regard to meeting customers’ requirements. Operation of the company is subject to the quality assurance system, in compliance with the Czech Standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and also ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.
