The business of DAYMOON, a.s. is divided into 4 areas:1. SURFACE FINISHING – electroplating (zinc plating, nickel coating, coppering, brass coating, phosphate coating, staining, degreasing); the production is carried out in the following regimes: automatic mass, mass NT5/bells or suspension; MASS VARNISHING of products with powder paint, RAL shades; SHOT BLASTING of surface of products with corundum; PRINTING printing of promotional items with tampoprint. 2. LIGHT PRESSESED GOODS – MASS PRESSING on transfer presses (16, 40, 63 tonnes); PRESSING (drawing, cutting, bending, etc.) on eccentric presses (10, 25, 40, 60 and 160 tonnes) using single and transfer tools; Processed materials: steel including stainless steel, brass; thickness of input material up to 3mm. Production of small components of construction thermal plastic on injection presses. 3. PRODUCTION OF TOOLS AND MOULDS – production of pressing tool, fixtures and spare parts supported by our own engineering department, including 3D modelling. 4. PRODUCTION OF TORCHES – luxury stainless steel torches with limelight from 22 to 48mm, focus option, Xenon-Halogen, batteries, packaging – bulk or in box. Charging torches (signalling, alarm).
