The firm CNC KOVOOBRÁBĚNÍ PLZEŇ deals with a machinery production of smaller precise parts made out of Al alloy, (90%), brass, bronze, cooper, plastic (CNC milling) and steel, including stainless materials (CNC multi axle turning work). We produce parts for laser, ultrasonic and X-ray apparatus, automotive and aircraft industry, high-speed trains, mechanical parts for electro and telecommunication industry, parts for tobacco and hydraulic machines, industrial computers and robots for car factories. There are series production and single-part production (tool-making one). Our products are destined for Germany, Italy, England, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, Holland, USA, etc. We provide CNC MILLING – milling machine MCV 500 /Heidenhain 426, axes 500x500x500/ 20 bar. CNC TURNING – work on high-powered lathe MORI SEIKI NL 1500 SY. TOOL-MAKING MILLING, SINGLE-PART TURNING – CONVENTIONAL MACHINES, FLAT GRINDING. Diving material using automatic band-saw /max. 320mm. DEVICE CHECK – including measurment protocols. We can use hydraulic, pneumatic and vacuum tightening for milling. In cooperation we provide: surface treatment, alodizing, zinc coating /.
