ŽAC Company Ltd. was founded in 1990, when two partners Ondřej Žac and Jan Merxbauer started their business as individuals in the field of locksmith work, machining, maintenance of machines and equipment. The first products were spreaders for sewing machine for Minerva Boskovice Company and production of plexiglass accessories for cars. In 1994 was prefaced the production of spare parts for tram-cars. With regard to volume and importance of the order was founded ŽAC Company. The company gradually bought new equipment – machines for CNC machining and thus achieved high-quality production. In virtue of increasing requirements on the high-quality production, in 2000 the company establishes system of quality control ISO 9001:2001. In 2003 the company obtains a new significant customer who forms a long-term contract on production of interlocking inserts for mechanical safeguard of cars. Subsequently, began development works on our own products – electromotive lock, blocking servo-drive for applications in locking systems. Currently has our company 22 employees, equipment of promises is very modern and age of equipment is not older than 5 years. ŽAC Company is mainly engaged in small custom manufacture. When the orders are executed, emphasis is laid on personal dealing with the customers, keeping of delivery dates and high-quality production. Thanks to this approach has the company many regular and satisfied customers. All employees and owners of the company extremely appreciate this.
