Basic informations

Our company is engaged in plastics processing – vacuum forming of plastic materials, production of neon signs including advertising and promotional activities. On the basis of certification TZUS PRAGUE and Czech welding company ANB – UNO we manufacture the products with certificates. Technologist of plastic welding PWT, European welder of thermoplastics EWP with supervision and certification from Technical and Testing Institute in Prague with certification for production of polypropylene tanks with conformity attestation of type of products.
We offer the designs of production technology of vacuum forming, selection of the most suitable plastic materials including delivery, production of pressing forms and preparations, implementation of the products and its final treatment including cutting, grinding, milling, finishing and packing.
Materials for vacuum moulded products: polystyrene and its copolymers, plexiglass, ABS, material thickness 0,5 – 5 mm. Types of vacuum moulding: negative moulding and positive moulding. Our possibilities: sizes of vacuum frame are maximum 1000 x 2000 mm.
In the sphere of neon signs production and promotional activity were realized contracts for following companies: Panasonic, Technics, Ufesa, Reebok, Möeller, Mungo, Auto Štangl, Autoturist, JVC, Hlinsko Brewery in the Czech Republic, Krakonoš Brewery, Jihlava Brewery, and Janáček Brewery. In the sphere of plastic moulding are the biggest consumers following companies Rojek Inc., Častolovice, R.W.T. Ltd. Rychnov nad Kněžnou, SOR Ltd Libchavy – buses producer, Daniševský Ltd. Polička – medical equipment.
