FIRM´S OFFER: 1.) PLASMA TECHNOLOGIES - plasma atmospheric paint coat of powdered materials - metal ones, metal-ceramic ones and ceramic ones. They are suitable for basic industry and parts renovation in all kinds of industry. 2.) LOW-TENSION PAINT COAT BY ELECTRIC ARC - atmospherical spreading of metal and metal-ceramic coatings by wire melting. Suitable for parts renovation (e. g. crank-shafts, piston rods, suspension under bearing, etc.) and for completion of missing materials on level surfaces (e. g. indoor and outdoor surfaces of basins worn out corrosion etc.). 3.) OFFER OF PROTECTIVE COATS - Processing of optimal specification of coat system for exist environment and required lifetime. Surface cleaning by technology of jetting, protective coats Al, Zn, Cu and their alloys applied by low-tension spattering - metallization, combined coats from low-tension gushed Zn and Al with colour coating, low-tension coat of plastic materials PA, PE by mobile technology - coats wearproof, corrosion-proof and working of agressive mediums. Further we offer temporary anticorrosive protection of metal surfaces by biodegradative preparation of the firm CORTEC, providing high effective shelter from corrosion till 24 months.
