Basic informations

We are engaged in constriction of machines and we have long-time experiences in the sphere of general engineering and production of various one-purpose machines and products.
We provide construction works, production, assembly and service of designed equipment according to client’s requirements. Construction works are provided in current version of 3D CAD program SOLIDWORKS and INVENTOR. These programs enable output in native formats of these CADS or conversion to DWG, DXF, IGES and many others according to client’s wishes. They meet the requirements for spatial visualization of drawn products and allow creating 2D documentation that is necessary for production.
Use of our capacity is also possible in your workplaces. Such cooperation is suitable if you do not dispose of your own free capacities. We also have experiences in other CAD software such as CATIA, V5, SOLID EDGE, AUTOCAD etc.

Main activities of construction office:
- Custom development of new one-purpose machines, products and production equipment according to the client.
- Processing of design documentation of steel constructions according to supplied project and structural analysis.
- Creation of design documentation.
- Design of the product, its size and strength analysis. Making of kinematic analysis, graphic animations or rendered photos of the product.
- Redrawing of existing technical documentation – documentation digitalization.
- Modifications and adjustments of existing machine equipment.
- Cooperation with external designers.
- Possibility of cooperation at the customer’s place.

Production:
- Single-piece, small-lot and serial production.
- Welding of metals, stainless steel and aluminium.
- Cutting by water jet, wire, laser, plasma and oxy-acetylene welder.
- Locksmith works.
- Cutting operation on conventional machines.
- Cutting operation on NC machines.
- Surface treatments.
- Short production and delivery terms.
