Production programme of PLASTKOVO s.r.o. is based mainly on production of plastic and metal componenets for example: cabinets, panels, covers, coolers for consumer electronics industry ( TV sets, satellite receivers, TV transposers ….). Production has expanded also into other fields of industry - metal chassis of monitors, various kinds of pallets and transport boxes, metal components of a different kind. The company makes construction of CNC programmes by software JETCAM Expert II. It provides punching of the complicated shapes on modern punching machines TRUMATIC 500R, TRUMATIC 240R up to 160 t, bending of intricated components on CNC machine TRUMABEND 80 and TAMA 2500 mm, striking of connection components by technology HAEGER, it provides shielded welding, it owns ENGEL, TOSHIBA presses, CS for processing of plastic mouldings, it deals with metal surface treatments, spraying equipment and galvanic zink coating - zink, tin coating, eloxal processing.
