The company NOVY ELTON specializes in tool manufacturing and moulding of plastics, mechanical production, products of fine and precision mechanics. At present time the main production produces mainly order production of fine mechanic parts including surface treatment and assembly of subassemblies and moulding of plastics. PRODUCTION PROGRAMME: 1) CUTTING MACHINING - turning on long turning automates TORNOS, turning on CNC machines, turning of precise parts for fine mechanic. 2) GALVANIC - surface plating by copper, nickel, gold, silver – en masse (in drum) or on suspension. 3) TOOL WORKSHOP - production including design of injection moulds for plastics and rubber, production including design of pressing tools, production including design of gauges, production including design of jigs. 4) PRESSING SHOP - We offer complex solution of production plastic parts from drawing of the part over the design of the mould, production of the mould, test of moulds, maintenance of moulds and mass-production of mouldings. Then we offer free production area of approx. 2 500.m2 for assignation from foreign countries.
