Basic informations

In cooperation with customer we provide the design of plastic products with regard to functionality and subsequent production technology.
Production of mastermodels 3D printing and subsequent finalization of prototype.
Prototype and small-lot production of plastic castings in series from a few pieces to several hundred pieces (for example covers for measuring instruments, hand tools, duplicates of parts etc.). These are produced by casting to silicone and fixed forms in vacuum chamber from mainly polyurethane systems with the properties according to customer’s requirements (hardness, elasticity, colour of materials, surface treatment etc.).
We have experiences with metal castings and inserts (for example threaded inserts, filling of conductors to plastic castings).
Injection of plastic parts from thermoplastics and composites up to 100 cm (50t/1600 bar).
Extrusion technology of thermoplastics compounding (pigments, stabilizers, possibility of sampling of new recipes in quantities up to 100 kg).
Extrusion of profiles up to 3mm in diameter.
Consultancy in the sphere of research, development and application solutions for industry of thermosets and thermoplastics processing. Material analysis, solution of scrap, improve of product properties, sampling of additive thermoplastic materials, recipe formulations etc.
