Basic informations

We provide custom welding and heat processing by force of laser. Laser welds are characterized by high-quality and reproducibility. We weld steel, stainless and aluminium up to thickness of 10 mm. Laser hardening is new and reliable technology of surface heat treatments. Process parameters are optimized by virtue of material and client’s requirements. Hardening temperature is exactly and on-line regulated by pyrometer. Ideal applications of hardening are forms for plastics pressing, swages, shafts, cog wheels, tools, cast-iron supports for machine tools, etc. In either event we work fully in 3D by the help of robot with extension of circa 7x3x2m. We control the quality in our own laboratory. We are completely equipped for metallographic tests, hardness measuring, depth of hardening, mechanical tests and all chemical analysis.
