The company KOVO Letovice s. r. o. specializes on metal machining of - high-strength materials, heat resistant, abrasion resistant, namely steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, bronze, yellow cooper in small or middle series.

Surface treatment is mainly done on classical, NC or CNC machines with accuracy IT6. We also offer welding of steel, stainless, aluminum in protective atmosphere, MIG, TIG, resistance welding, welding E, G and soldering process. We also offer construction and production of single-purpose machines and equipment for manufacturing lines in wide range of industrial lines. Our construction work is provided in EXPANDIA CZ s.r.o. and documentation is completed in 3D programmes as are VariCAD, OneSpace Designer Modeling, 2D AutoCAD, ME10, in formats dxf, dwg and others. In cooperation we are able to provide annealing, cementation and hardening, galvanic coating, zinc dipping, blackening, nitration, eloxal coating and production of cut or bended metal parts.

In 2005 we have successfully achieved quality certificate ISO 901: 2000 issued by TÜV Management Service GmbH, München in 16.3.2006. Our firm has long experience with supplying foreign customer as – car industry (ThyssenKrup), eletrotechnical industry (VA TECH ELIN) or paper converting industry (VOITH).
