Dikrt Company, Ltd. – powder paintshop – has worked for almost twenty years on the Czech and foreign market in the sphere of powder coating and anticorrosive surface treatment by the method of liners based on fluoroplastics (teflons). During its existence the company obtains the strong position in the home and also foreign market and the reputation of the company that provides services on a professional level.
The basic services that are provided:
• blasting (hand blaster; hanging sectional blaster; running hanging blaster – slag, cast-iron gravel, steel and stainless steel balls)
• powder coating (from piece to mass production)
• anticorrosive surface treatment by the method of liners based on fluoroplastics (teflons)
The company owns two premises. In Lomnice near Sokolov is situated a smaller premise that is specialized mainly in painting of big, heavy and complicated parts in the small series, respectively in piece production. The second bigger premise in Svatava is situated only 6 km from Lomnice and is equipped with modern automatic line with certificated technology for powder coating (by the Gema Company). Therefore is especially focused on mass production. Part of the line is three-stage pre-treatment - grease removal, ferro-phosphate and rinse water and DEMI water including automatic spraying of powder coating with possibility of hand supplementary injection. Capacity of the line is 240 m2/hour. Maximal proportions of the coated products - width 850 x high 1850 x length 4000 mm, in full profile with width of the product of 100 mm - can be painted the parts that are long up to 6000 mm.
Because the company dispose of large storage capacities (2700 m2 of heated area to date; from July 2012 will be available operational warehouse and production hall – 3400 m2 of heated area) is able to partly provide assembly of the products in the area of painting for series production.
