Basic informations

Company D Plast Ltd. has a lot of working experience in the field of plastics technologies and deep knowledge of raw materials processing.

It established a methodically improved quality control system according to the norm ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.

MANUFACTURING PROGRAMME:

1) extruded sections, hoses and tubes made of PVC, LD-PE, HD-PE, PP and of other material. Job-order manufacture of extruded sections.


2) PVC PLASTICS – development and production of PVC organosol (plastisol) according to the customer´s requirements and specification.

APPLICATION: rotary casting, impregnation, steeping, spraying, foaming, spattula applying, etc. Possibility to develop PVC organosol withing the required viscosity value, viscose behaviour, hardness, colour, weather-changes resistance, chemical resistance, etc. Possibility of small-lot production in case of special types.


3) PVC GRANULATE – development and production of all range of PVC granulate – softened, non-softened, persistent modifications, possibility to modify the product nature (hardness, colour, compactness, persistance, weater-change resistance, etc.) according to the customer´s requirements. Possibility of small-lot production in case of special types.


4) GALVANIC HANGER PROTECTION – protective material PROGAL makes for hangers and fixturings used in electrotype departments.

This protective material can be used virtually to any commonly used metals (steel, copper, brass, aluminium-base alloys).


5) CAP AND CANNING LID SEALING – development and production of crown caps and sheet-metal canning lids based on PVC organosol (plastisol), PVC granulate, PVC free according to the customer´s requirements. Materials consist with valid hygienic regulations for cap sealing that gets into contact with edibles.


6) PVC FOIL METAL-SHEETS – development and productin of PVC foil metal-sheets for anchorage and finishing units of insulating systems based on PVC foils – roof, groundwork and swimming-pools hydro-insulation, for roofing, eaves flashing; balcony dripping eaves, valley gutter and eaves-moulding sheeting, decorative dressing, etc.


7) PLASTIC COATING AND WETTED PRODUCTS – surface protection of all sorts of metal products – storage and transportation pallets, tackles, tools, clamp holders, consoles, carriers, shields, etc. – by polyethylene powder or PVC organosol.
