Basic informations

CHEMOPLAST company offers – production, assembly and sale of plastic products and plastic technical parts which are produced with injection or extrusion technology. We have for thermoplastic processing at our disposal 35 injection moulding machines BATTENFELD, ARBURG and CS with clamping force from 350 kN to 3 300kN, max. weight of a pressing is 500 g. We process about 1000 t of thermoplastics PP, PE, PS, PVC, ABS, POM and others a year. Production assortment is divided into six groups – injection moulds, technical pressings, toys, office equipment, household equipment, plastic coat hangers. More than 30 % of production is exported to the whole of Europe, smaller part of production occurs its use in USA. Construction and design documentation are processed on computer technology with software equipment – CAD/KEY, SURFCAM. Tool works is apart from other things equipped with CNC milling machines, electroabrasive machining centre ROBOFORM and STARCLYDE. Technological equipment makes a production of moulds of frame dimensions of 400 x 400 mm and of weight to 500 kg possible for us. We are able to produce larger moulds in individual cases. CHEMOPLAST company has a certificate of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
