The firm ALMIPLAST - Miroslav Marek was founded in 1994. Our company offers a wide scale of products and services in the field of production of moulds, agents and plastic products to its customers. ASSORTMENT: Construction of moulds from a development of a model to final product, production of injection moulds for plastics, production of moulds for rubber, production of cutting and bending tools and various agents, maintenance and repairs of moulds, pressing of plastic parts, mounting of plastic parts. We produce by using of classic and modern CNC machines - machining centre HURCO BMC 30, electroerosive sinker drilling machine DM 408, wire cutting machine FANUC MATRA 1/A, lathe SV 18 R, vertical miling machine TOS FA3 A, coordinate drilling machine, column drilling machine, grinding machines fla and circle. Then we own modelling and programming software CAD/CAM VISI working with formats PARASOLID, IGES, VDA. For testing of moulds and production of plastic parts we have injection moulding machines Battenfeld (BA 350/125 CD, HM 800/350, TM 1000/525) and Netstal (N 150/75) and we also have various assembly and packaging single-purpose machines.
